Refund & Cancellation Policy

We strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept the exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered.

Shipping and Delivery

Purchases are shipped from our respective warehouse by reputed logistics service providers. Please allow the following number of days for delivery from receipt of your order.

Domestic Orders

  • All domestic orders are processed within 1 business day (except for Public Holidays & Sundays). You can expect delivery of the order within 3-5 business days.
  • Order deliveries will be made between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday – Saturday, excluding public holidays.
  • Domestic Orders: We ship products throughout India, and all orders qualify for free domestic shipping, except for free trial orders.

Returns and Refunds

In case of damage or quality issues with the product, we can only exchange the product if reported within the specified timeline as mentioned below:
  • If you receive a tampered or damaged product, please inform our Customer Care within 24 hours of receipt, with supporting images and video, so we can address your concern at the earliest.
  • For any product quality complaints, please contact our Customer Care within 7 days of your order delivery.
  • Antimatter is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery. Damages due to neglect, improper usage, or wrong application will not be covered under our Exchange/Returns Policy.
  • Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition, and subject to the following terms:
  • Returns and exchange requests will be subject to checking and vetting by Antimatter.
  • No refund shall be made once goods are sold.

  • Antimatter strives to provide accurate products, services, and pricing information; typographical and other errors may occur. In the event that a product or service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product/service information, Antimatter may, at its discretion, either contact the User for instructions or cancel the User’s order and will notify the User about such cancellation.
  • Cancellation by Antimatter: There may be certain orders that Antimatter is unable to accept and must cancel. Antimatter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever, without assigning any reason to the User. User accepts and undertakes that this is acceptable and they will not contest/raise any dispute on the same. The situations that may result in the cancellation of the User’s order include, without limitation, non-availability of the product or quantities ordered by User, non-availability of the service, inaccuracies or errors in pricing information, or problems identified by Antimatter’s credit and fraud avoidance department.
  • Antimatter may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Antimatter will contact the User if all or any portion of the User’s order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept the User’s order. If the order is canceled after a credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back to the User’s credit card account.
  • Cancellation by the User: In case of requests for order cancellations, Antimatter, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason whatsoever, without assigning any reason to the User. As part of usual business practice, if Antimatter receives a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/approved by Antimatter, Antimatter shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount to the User within a reasonable period of time.
  • Antimatter will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed. It is pertinent to note that Antimatter has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The User hereby agrees and undertakes that the decision taken by Antimatter is acceptable to them, and they shall not create any dispute on the decision taken by Antimatter on cancellation.
  • Antimatter reserves the right to cancel any orders that classify as ‘Bulk Order’ as determined by Antimatter as per certain criteria. Antimatter Reward Point or Promo Code used for placing the ‘Bulk Order’ will not be refunded as per this cancellation policy. An order can be classified as ‘Bulk Order’ if it meets the following criteria, which may not be exhaustive:
    1. Products ordered are not for self-consumption but for commercial resale.
    2. Multiple orders placed for the same product at the same address.
    3. Bulk quantity of the same product ordered.
    4. Invalid address given in order details.
    5. Any malpractice used to place the order.
  • If paid by credit/debit card, net banking, or e-wallets, refunds will be issued to that same account provided at the time of purchase, and in the case of payment gateway payments, the refund will be made to the same account.
  • In case of COD (Cash On Delivery), you will be requested to share your bank account details via mail through a secured transaction.
  • The refund will be processed in 7-10 working days.
